Don is a senior corporate finance and M&A professional with over 35 years of experience as a partner in the PwC Deals Practice. He also has extensive experience in the areas of distressed assets and restructuring acting as a credible liaison between businesses and their creditors.

Claire has over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry and capital markets. Claire is experienced in corporate finance, financial modeling, informal valuation and analysis for various projects. She is passionate about making opportunities happen by leveraging her extensive network and introducing the right people. Claire helps clients:

Understand how to raise capital from companies for bridge financing, equity financing, and convertible debt financing.

Develop a conceptualization plan and road map required to gain support from the Board of Directors.
