Don is a senior corporate finance and M&A professional with over 35 years of experience as a partner in the PwC Deals Practice. He also has extensive experience in the areas of distressed assets and restructuring acting as a credible liaison between businesses and their creditors.


Don’s experience enables him to add value to any client business where they are considering:

CLAIRE CUI
VICE-PRESIDENT
CPA, CA, MAcc

Claire has over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry and capital markets. Claire is experienced in corporate finance, financial modeling, informal valuation and analysis for various projects. She is passionate about making opportunities happen by leveraging her extensive network and introducing the right people. Claire helps clients:

  • Understand how to raise capital from companies for bridge financing, equity financing, and convertible debt financing.

  • Develop a conceptualization plan and road map required to gain support from the Board of Directors.

  • Find opportunities for investors that are worth pursuing, by finding gaps whether it’s human capital or financial issues and identify any potential risks.

Senior Vice President

Jonathan is an experienced executive with a proven track record of success. He was formerly a Senior Advisor to PwC, the president and COO of RBC US Bank, CEO of RBC Mortgage as well as a senior executive at Canadian Pacific. He has lead major business transformations in hallmark corporations. Jonathan has core expertise in:
